To reserve a kitten, we require a nonrefundable deposit. This deposit secures your place in selecting a kitten and is fully transferable to any available kitten in our cattery.

Yes, we safely ship our kittens throughout the USA, and occasionally to Canada. We collaborate with specialized animal freight companies to ensure a secure journey for your new companion. While some may feel uneasy about shipping, rest assured our delivery partners prioritize the safety and well-being of your kitten. In certain cases, they may even provide options for traveling with your pet if necessary. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for further information on shipping arrangements.

All our kittens come with a 1-year guarantee against any health defects. We offer a money-back guarantee within 72 hours of possession if you’re not satisfied with your kitten, provided they’re returned to our home at the buyer’s expense. We take every precaution to ensure you receive a healthy kitten.
If your kitten is diagnosed with major genetic health issues by a licensed veterinarian within one year of purchase, we’ll exchange your kitten for one of equal value. However, please note that there are no guarantees against common illnesses or accidents. We strongly advise regular veterinary check-ups, but any associated costs are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
If any unforeseen circumstances arise after placing a deposit on your kitten, we offer options to accommodate your needs. You may choose another available kitten or use the deposit to reserve a future kitten from an upcoming litter. Alternatively, we can refund your deposit.
In the event of default or cancellation without picking up your kitten, your deposit will be utilized to find a new home for the kitten. We make multiple attempts to contact you and provide a two-week grace period before considering the kitten abandoned. If we haven’t heard from you within this timeframe, we will make the kitten available for reservation by another prospective owner.
